HandCut sells ready-to-fry, sun-dried Chipsona potato chips. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, packaging, or availability at any time without prior notice.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance once the order is placed successfully and payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, due to stock limits, pricing errors, or a delivery address we cannot service — in which case any amount paid is refunded.

Our chips are an unflavoured, ready-to-cook food product. Please cook thoroughly before consumption as per the pack instructions. Images are for representation; natural products may vary slightly in colour and size.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh.
