How they're made
Every HandCut chip starts as a Chipsona potato and ends as one word on the label. In between, women in Sambhal slice them by hand and dry them in the sun. The last step, the frying, is yours.

Kaise bante hain
We use Chipsona, a potato variety bred for chips.
Women in Sambhal slice every potato by hand.

The slices dry in the sun until they're ready to keep.

No salt, no oil, no masala goes in. The label reads: Ingredients: Potatoes.

Heat oil in a kadhai, fry a few at a time until crunchy, then add salt or your favourite masala. Or air-fry them, or soak for 2–3 minutes and bake.
